W Photography respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you book: your name, email, phone number, the session and package you choose, the date and time, and any note you write. For outdoor sessions, the location. For some sessions, how many people. When you use the contact form: your name, email and message.

Why

Only to manage your booking: to confirm it, send reminders, and contact you about your session. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square, an independent and very secure payment system. W Photography never sees or keeps your card number.

Emails

Confirmations and reminders are sent for us by a company that provides this service.

Website visits

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, for example which pages are visited and when a booking is completed. Google uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your photos

By booking, you give W Photography permission to use selected photos for its portfolio, website and social media. If you'd like your photos to stay private, ask in writing before or during your session. W Photography keeps the copyright, and you receive a personal-use license.

Children

Sessions for children must be booked by a parent or guardian, and we only collect the information they provide.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email booking@walkyphotography.com. We may keep some records of past bookings and payments, as needed for accounting.
